We use our huge, constantly updated IP database of European companies. It's refreshed every month. In short, IP targeting means advertising through company-specific IP addresses - since many businesses have their own identifiable ones.

Yes! You can search in our IP database or send us a company list at info@valoris.io. Creating target groups is completely free.

Can we do retargeting even if we don't have many visitors?

Yes! Retargeting works with just a single visitor - as soon as our retargeting script is installed on your website. You can also choose to retarget only visitors to a specific landing page or certain product pages. If you're unsure, just drop us a line at info@valoris.io.

Yes - and it works really well for large audiences. That way, your banner ads show to employees from your target companies if the site content matches your chosen keywords.

All-inclusive. The monthly price covers media, placement, our targeting tech, and the reporting layer. There's no separate ad-spend line item - what you see is what you pay.

Two options: switch to a higher impression band inside your current tier (the dropdown on each card shows the increments), or step up to the next tier. Both can be done mid-month - billing prorates.

Yes - and most of our growth-stage customers do. Email contact@valoris.io with the combination you want; we'll quote a bundled rate that's lower than the sum of individual plans.

Do I need to commit to a contract?

Never. Every paid plan is month-to-month. No setup fees, no minimum term, cancel anytime. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.

Who creates the banner creatives?

Standard and Advanced plans assume you provide the banners (we'll send exact size specs). Enterprise plans can include creative production - tell us during onboarding and we'll fold it into the proposal.

When am I billed and how?

Monthly, in advance, by invoice. EU VAT-registered companies get reverse-charge invoicing. We accept SEPA, bank transfer and card.

Yes - the free pilot gives you live impressions, click-through rates, and (if you install our pixel) conversion data. You'll have real numbers from your own audience before the first paid month starts.

We're working on it. If there's a specific DSP you'd like to see our data in, just let us know. Until then, we can deliver the target groups (IP data) you want directly to your DSP on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, you can get access. We can provide a white-label solution or tailor it to your needs. We'll still take care of updating the IP data you use or rent from us.
